Since our inception, Mill Logistics has been dedicated to building a workplace culture that recognizes and rewards employees, and makes them feel at home. We’re a family-run business, meaning we aim to treat our employees like we would our own.

“Our goal is to consistently exceed our customer needs at the right time, place, and price”

CULTURE & LIFE AT MILL

Our rich legacy is built on service, innovation, and honesty. We’ve built a culture that values each and every employee, and the relationships we foster with each other. We’re energetic and dynamic, we’re movers and shakers, and we thrive on our team’s spirited nature.

We’re a privately held, fifth generation family owned and operated company. As a result, family is a core value here at Mill, where everyone is a respected and appreciated member of our organization. Each and every individual is part of a bigger picture – as team and family are synonymous to us. We don’t believe in the philosophy of treating people as numbers or subscribe to the metaphoric “Corporate Ladder.” Development is built from within, as we support internal growth through training and extensive onboarding. Small but mighty, we offer competitive compensation and we’ll never stop showing you just how important you are.
